Most Tuesdays I ride with a group of men called "The Kingfishers". We meet either in Cwmbran or Caerleon and spend the day cycling through the Usk & Wye Valleys. We don't ride for speed and we don't ride for fitness; we ride simply for the pleasure of being out on our bicycles for the day. It's relaxed and easy and a lovely way to spend the day.
